Unfortunately, we cannot be immersed in the finite day-to-day details ourselves. And it is often difficult for young leaders to accurately monitor, identify issues, and have the necessary conversations to move the needle.

1. If we have never done business with your company, we start by reviewing the business goals, operations, and specific metrics, procedures or concerns the client would like monitored. This can be in extreme detail!

2. Then, we create an auditing procedure, which highlights specific workstations.

3. Once a month we install temporary cameras to enable our team to observe these workstations for a period of two full workdays. (These cameras can be installed and removed outside of business hours, even during overnight hours.)

4. Overnight Success then reviews the videos in extreme detail using our auditing procedure and provides very detailed reports with video clips of team members to help with coaching and development.
